I must have released all sorts of crazy lactic acid or something because I took the kids bowling and hit a wall. Big time.
When we got home I fell asleep for 1.5 hours. Hard sleep. Then when I woke up I was still exhausted. What is happening?
On the ride home I stopped at Cook Out to get lunch for everyone. I got a barbecue sandwich and Bubs got my sides. That sandwich came on a bun with slaw. Is it possible that bun is throwing me off so much, or is it really that I just went too hard at the gym? I can’t imagine that could be it.
Update: My BFF Google tells me I probably should have eaten something within an hour of a hard weight training session. Oops
