I came into this weekend’s weigh-in feeling confident. I had a strong week of exercise and activity, I’d eaten well and was feeling good. Before I stepped on the scale I reminded myself that this is a long game, and that I’m not expected to lose more than 1-2 poundsĀ a month with PCOS.
I’m happy with the progress!
