I wasn’t sure what kind of results I’d see this week. I haven’t been to the gym, so the most activity I’ve had is a bike ride and some yard work. Worried that I am getting to a plateau far too early, I decided to interpret the measurements I take each Saturday into chart form. That helped tremendously.

If I were to lose 1/2 pound per week, I’d get to my goal weight by my 40th birthday, so I charted that out visually. Then I plugged in my actual measurements since I started. Check it out! Looks like I am doing better than expected.
With that mindset I’m ready to head into a week of “normal life.” I’m resetting that “habit forming” clock to restart today, so hopefully in 60 days all these healthy new choices will really be habit.
