Hits the "junk food" spot without being completely ridiculous

 1 chicken breast, cooked and chopped
 14 tortilla chip "bowls"
 1 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
 1.50 cups broccoli, chopped

Cook the chicken (or use what you have on hand)

Line a baking sheet with foil and spread 14 "bowl" style tortilla chips bowl side up. Add chunks of chicken and broccoli to each bowl.

Sprinkle cheese on top, trying to keep it all on the chips and not the foil.

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
