Adapted from theforkedspoon.com. This recipe tastes even better the next day, so save some leftovers for lunch!

Yields6 Servings

 1.50 lbs sirloin steak
 1 tbsp olive oil
 4 tbsp butter
 5 garlic cloves
 parsley

1

Cut steak into small cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

2

Add oil to a large skillet (use a cast iron, trust me). Once the pan is hot, add the steak in batches so as not to overcrowd the pan.

3

Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring to get an even sear. If cooking in batches, pull out the first round and sear the remaining steak.

4

Reduce the heat to low and melt butter. Add minced garlic and let it simmer for about a minute.

5

Add all the steak back to the pan. Turn off the heat and stir it around.

6

Remove and sprinkle with parsley.
