Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook through in a cast iron, then set aside.
Melt butter and add garlic chips (garlic cloves cut into slivers)
Once it starts to brown, add in the red pepper flakes and broccoli. Stir around until broccoli is steamed and bright green.
Remove to a bowl. Top with chicken and lemon juice, then garnish with parmesan and fresh basil.
